Dr. McKray Smith earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed an intensive surgical residency at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.
His residency training included advanced reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery in a high-volume Level I trauma environment, providing extensive experience in complex lower extremity conditions, trauma management, and limb preservation.
To further advance his surgical expertise, Dr. McKray Smith has completed advanced training programs in minimally invasive surgery, total ankle replacement, orthoplastic reconstruction, peripheral nerve procedures, and complex Charcot reconstruction.
